I tested positive for COVID, may I cancel for free?
PLEASE protect yourself and purchase travel insurance for the occasional mishap in your life. Heritage Inn cannot be financially responsible for cancellations falling within our outlined policy.
Are you pet-friendly?
We are dog friendly in designated rooms. There is a per dog fee per night plus tax. Only 2 dogs allowed per room.
Do you have air conditioning?
Yes, all our rooms have individually controlled air conditioning as well as gas fireplaces.
Where do I park my extra vehicle?
Beyond our main parking lot there is almost always additional parking on the side street to the north of the Inn.
Can I cancel if there are highway closures due to snow or flooding?
If any of the multiple routes to Heritage Inn are open the standard cancellation policy for your room is followed. We are a high elevation town so there is always a chance of seasonal flooding or snow.
Are you close to downtown?
We are on Main Street in the heart of the downtown corridor.
What is the maximum number of people in a room?
Each Heritage Inn room’s nightly rate is based on two people. A single rollaway bed may be provided for specific rooms under specific conditions. Availability is based on a case by case basis. Please call the main number for more information.
Can I get extra blankets or pillows?
Our queen and king beds have 4 pillows each. An extra blanket is provided in each room of our Inn.
Do you have a restaurant?
We do not have a restaurant or room service. Our guests are invited to enjoy our complimentary continental breakfast – served each morning from the Heritage Inn Guest Lounge from 6am-10am. In addition, two of the area’s finest restaurants are located on either side of the Heritage Inn.
What activities or events are in town?
The Heritage Inn website includes a calendar of events and activities. Plan your itinerary after visiting our comprehensive website. We also regularly update and create new posts for all our social media accounts.
