The Copper House is a 2,000 SQ FT historic home recently remodeled into a modern farmhouse style. Touches of copper are located throughout the house.

FAMILY ROOM

The downstairs has a large family room equipped with a 60” TV and DVD player and seats 6-8 people comfortable. The living room is equipped with a temperature controlled gas fireplace and is an inviting sitting area to relax and enjoy a glass of wine with family or friends. Sink into the extra-large Italian leather chairs as you wind-down from the day’s activities. All rooms include independently controlled air conditioners and a gas fireplace or stove.

KITCHEN & DINING

The dining room is spacious and will easily seat plenty of people for that meal gathering. The kitchen is located at the back of the house and is equipped with a stainless steel stove, dishwasher and side-by-side refrigerator, along with all the essentials to prepare your family meals. Bring your meal out to the front porch dining table for six to enjoy a cool shaded sunset. Or just relax with a fresh brewed cup of coffee on the porch in the seating area on the opposite side of the porch.

The downstairs bedroom sleeps 2 with a Queen sized bed and the copper soaking tub with showerhead attachment.
